Come Away, Rest a while

Noon Day Prayer (NDP)

This is our community’s daily rhythm of prayer ~ using set prayers, silence, and Scripture. This time of prayer takes place in-person in the Upper Room.

Currently (2025), in-person Noonday prayer is on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 12 – 1pm.

Visitor Lunch

On first Fridays,
we have Visitor Lunch from 1-2pm.
You are welcome to stay on for a simple meal and get to know us.

BE Space

The CSF Physical Space is called a “BE” space because you are invited to come and simply BE with God.

You can register for an individual room in the morning 9am to 1pm or afternoon 1pm to 5pm. If you would like to come for a full day, please book both slots.

"Coming Alongside" (Spiritual Accompaniment)

Spiritual accompaniment sessions are for you to talk about your walk with God at this present time, or any matter related to your spiritual life. The spiritual companion will listen with you, and together seek to co-discern God’s presence and work in your life.

If you request for someone to “Come Alongside” you, one of the CSF Spiritual Companions will meet with you for 1-1.5 hours to listen, and together discern what God is directing in your Christian life and witness.

Personal Guided Day Retreat

A personal day retreat has the same flow as our group retreats, led for you alone. Our retreat leader will prepare Scripture passages for meditation, reflection questions, and also sit with you for a spiritual accompaniment conversation.
